Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Ability to multitask and work under pressure, handling multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and meeting customer service targets. Flexibility to work on a part-time basis, with availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home, with a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a headset with a microphone.
