Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain subscriber information and interactions into our database system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve subscriber concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary to ensure swift resolution, and providing timely and effective solutions to customers. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all interactions and transactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall subscriber experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
