Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Assistant, Partnerships, your primary responsibilities will include: Performing assigned tasks efficiently and effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Supporting the buildout of marketing campaigns within Hubspot, including creating and updating landing page templates, lead generation forms, and email workflows. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across various platforms and documents, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control. Adapting quickly to handle different tasks and responsibilities as required, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving. Collaborating with the team, taking direction, and providing proactive support when needed, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication. Requirements We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant, Partnerships who possesses the following qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of performing administrative tasks and handling digital marketing-related responsibilities. Proficiency in using Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms, with experience in building campaigns, creating landing pages, lead generation forms, emails, and workflows. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Excellent written communication skills, with prior experience with project management tools for task coordination. Tech-savvy and familiar with various software tools, with a proactive problem-solving attitude to address challenges and adapt to changes in responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
