Key Responsibilities and Duties As a Virtual Assistant at Workwarp, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, customer service, and technical duties. Some of the key responsibilities include: Answering and directing phone calls, organizing correspondence, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner Preparing and organizing databases, reports, and other documents to support business operations Managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and responding to comments and messages Handling confidential employer and client information with discretion and integrity Transcribing meetings, taking notes, and scheduling appointments and meetings Presenting excellent customer service skills to customers and clients, resolving issues, and addressing concerns Maintaining organized filing systems, updating records, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date Creating PowerPoint presentations, sales materials, technical documents, and installation and usage instructions for our products Researching materials and sources for presentations, reports, and other business needs Essential Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Virtual Assistant at Workwarp, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text Highly organized and able to multitask, work well under pressure, and manage fast-paced directions and instructions Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service and presentation skills Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed Preferred candidates will have two years of previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or a related field.
