About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and versatile Virtual Assistant and Video Editor to join our team. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of administrative support and creative expression, allowing you to balance your time between our remote office and home. As a Virtual Assistant and Video Editor, you'll play a vital role in driving our organizational processes forward while showcasing your creative flair through video editing. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks: Administrative Support: Assist with sales emails and follow-ups, manage schedules and appointments, organize and manage tasks related to our workflow, and schedule and manage appointments. Video Editing: Perform light video editing tasks, creating three short videos per week to support our marketing efforts. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and communicate effectively with our team and clients. Administrative Expertise: Proficiency in managing emails, follow-ups, and scheduling appointments, as well as a keen eye for detail and organizational skills. Video Editing Skills: Basic proficiency in video editing tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies. Availability: Ability to work 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that allows for overlap with Pacific Time (US) for at least 2-3 hours daily. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with the following preferred skills and qualifications: Experience in Video Editing: Previous experience in video editing, with a portfolio that showcases your creative skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Marketing and Social Media Experience: Understanding of marketing principles and social media strategies, with experience in creating engaging content and campaigns.
