Key Responsibilities In this critical role, your primary objectives will include: Leading and managing a high-performing team of practices, partner tech, and CCaaS sellers to achieve sales targets and expand our client base. Developing and executing sales strategies that align with our clients' imperatives, leveraging the full breadth of our tech-powered solutions and human-centered services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients, ensuring that we understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Overseeing the sales process from initial qualification to close, utilizing enterprise solution selling, practice area expertise, and the development of productive relationships with clients. Fostering a high-culture team environment that encourages growth, development, and collaboration, ensuring that our team members have the support and resources they need to succeed. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, combined with at least 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or customer experience industry. At least 3 years of experience in managing a sales team that sells complex tech solutions, with a strong understanding of the CX tech and BPO marketplace. Proven experience in interacting with and selling to senior leaders across multiple functions and lines of business, including CX, Operations, Technology, Finance, Sourcing, and more. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and become a trusted advisor to our clients. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with the capacity to analyze data and use insights to lead solution build processes and win strategy creation. Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other relevant tools, with a strong understanding of sales operations and processes. A self-starter mentality, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be advantageous: Experience in the customer experience industry, with a strong understanding of the trends, challenges, and opportunities in this space. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and their applications in customer experience solutions. Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams, with a strong track record of success in driving sales growth and expansion. A strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry, with the ability to leverage these to drive sales and growth.
