Your key responsibilities will include: * **Sharing your passion for Titleist**: You'll be the face of our brand, and we need you to be passionate about sharing your love for Titleist with our customers. * **Using Titleist Golf equipment**: You'll have the opportunity to use and share your knowledge of Titleist Golf equipment with our customers. * **Familiarity with the Titleist site and related media**: You'll need to be familiar with the Titleist site and any related media or searches. * **Comparing and analyzing competitor products**: You'll need to be able to compare and analyze competitor products to provide our customers with the best possible advice. * **Showing empathy to customers in stressful situations**: You'll need to be able to show empathy to customers who may be experiencing stress or frustration. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * **5+ years of golf experience**: We're looking for experienced golf enthusiasts who can share their knowledge and passion with our customers. * **Knowledge of the Titleist product line**: You'll need to be familiar with the Titleist product line and be able to share your knowledge with our customers. * **Golf club fitting experience**: You'll need to have experience with golf club fitting and be able to provide our customers with expert advice. * **Familiarity with top component brands**: You'll need to be familiar with top component brands and be able to compare and analyze them with our customers. * **Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers**: You'll need to be able to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with your passion and knowledge of the Titleist brand and product line. * **Ability to explain concepts at the customer's knowledge level**: You'll need to be able to explain complex concepts in a way that's easy for our customers to understand. * **Strong typing skills**: You'll need to be able to type at least 35 wpm and communicate clearly in text form. **Technology Requirements** To perform this role, you'll need: * **A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser**: You'll need a desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser to access our chat platform. * **Stable internet connection**: You'll need a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps to ensure that you can communicate effectively with our customers. * **Reliable sound output**: You'll need reliable sound output to communicate effectively with our customers. **Benefits** As a remote chat representative, you'll enjoy: * **1099 Independent Contractor status**: You'll be considered an independent contractor, which means that you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. * **First to know!
