Key Responsibilities As a Technical Support Engineer at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on providing top-notch technical support to external content teams, creating reference materials, and delivering training to ensure our partners are well-versed in our toolset. Your responsibilities will include: Providing technical support to content teams regarding the use of our content tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing downtime. Developing comprehensive reference materials and delivering training sessions to get external teams up to speed with our toolset, promoting efficient adoption and utilization. Debugging and resolving technical issues with tools and workflows, escalating complex problems to the tool development team as needed, and collaborating with production to track issues in JIRA. Advocating for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, ensuring that their feedback is heard and incorporated into our development roadmap. Partnering with other engineers to design and develop tools and processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience, driving innovation and excellence in our products and services. Guiding or leading cross-disciplinary discussions to drive feature development from concept to completion, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication. Embodying reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions, serving as a trusted point of contact for external content teams and internal stakeholders. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Technical Support Engineer at arenaflex, you will need: A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in software development principles and practices. Experience supporting live service or tool environments, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring seamless user experiences. Unity 3D game and tool development experience, with a strong understanding of game development pipelines and workflows. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other defect tracking software, with experience in agile development methodologies and version control systems. iOS and Android mobile development experience, with a solid grasp of mobile app development principles and best practices. At least 5 years of experience delivering production-level code in a professional environment, with a strong portfolio of projects and achievements. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working with external partners or content creation teams, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges. Knowledge of C# code, with experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
