Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate customer service representative to join our team in Golden, CO. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to telecommute from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our dynamic team. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed. You will be required to work one of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Primary Responsibilities Answer a minimum of 60-75 incoming calls daily from patients, providers, specialty offices, pharmacies, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support. Schedule office visits, annual wellness visits, and other appointments for internal medicine and family practice primary care offices. Request medication refills, referrals, and send messages on behalf of patients, providers, or specialty offices, ensuring timely and effective communication. Navigate multiple Electronic Health Record systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information. Follow ROI/HIPAA protocols, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient data. Register new patients and input patient demographics and insurance information, maintaining accurate and complete records. Attend monthly staff meetings, either in person or virtually, to stay informed and aligned with team goals and objectives. Attend quarterly on-site trainings, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient care and support. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years old or older 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, using phones and computers as primary job tools Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications Ability to type at an average speed of 40 words per minute Ability to troubleshoot IT/Computer issues independently Ability to complete the training onsite Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications 1 year of prior healthcare experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology Telecommuting Requirements To be eligible for this remote opportunity, you must: Reside within 30 miles of the office location at 1707 Cole Blvd, Golden, CO Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy Have a reliable high-speed internet connection, approved by arenaflex Be able to keep all company-sensitive documents secure, if applicable What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.00 - $28.27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Incentive and recognition programs, rewarding your performance and contributions Equity stock purchase and 401k contribution, helping you plan for your future Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage Opportunities for career growth and development, helping you achieve your professional goals Our Culture and Values At arenaflex, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, where everyone feels valued and respected.
