Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Be an amazing problem-solver, using strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns Your Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, excellent communication skills, and a genuine compassion for delivering value and success with every customer interaction.
