About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the blithequark Centurion Lounge in Atlanta. As the face of blithequark, you will deliver superior service to our premium customers, acting as an ambassador of our brand. You will be part of a cohesive team that excites our customers and delivers on our brand promise. Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our customers upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized experience Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, being accountable for their satisfaction and loyalty Employ innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, creating loyal enthusiasts out of our customers Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultations, and minimal reservation assistance, showcasing your expertise and knowledge Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience Utilize multiple technology platforms with ease, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems to deliver exceptional service Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience being a plus Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, and a commitment to delivering extraordinary service Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction Ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations and resulting in high satisfaction with the service received Utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, with a commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment Ability to rely on and collaborate with colleagues, working effectively in a fast-paced team environment Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer's experience and well-being Resourcefulness and capability to use the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, being resilient and flexible in the face of challenges Essential Qualifications In addition to the above skills and qualifications, you will: Be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business Be able to lift light to moderate weights, as required by the job tasks Be able to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping you grow and develop in your career. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $20.00 to $22.12 hourly, plus bonus and benefits.
