Job Overview In this role, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions related to our clients' products and services. As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering expert customer experiences with a smile. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate effective issue resolution Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, as well as familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology Offer additional products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Deliver expert customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service experiences. The following qualifications are essential: 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred High school diploma or GED Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn new technologies and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, as well as high-speed internet and a smartphone Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred Qualifications Technical support experience, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to investing in our employees' career growth and personal development.
