Position Overview We are seeking full-time customer service representatives to join our team and support our clients in Alberta. As a remote customer service representative, you will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot basic technical issues, build strong relationships with customers, and professionally represent some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Key Responsibilities Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide exceptional customer service Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and promote products and services Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure they have a clear understanding of our offerings Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team to ensure prompt resolution Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling to minimize customer frustration Candidate Qualifications We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals who possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
