About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support, resolving technical issues, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong focus on building customer relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
