As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working remotely, you'll be an integral part of this mission. Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless customer interactions. Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, asking probing questions to reach resolutions that meet customer needs. Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with a preferred familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience and driving business growth. Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive, customer-centric attitude, ensuring a "smile" is heard in every interaction. Your Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience being a plus. Open availability to work a variety of shifts, ensuring flexibility and adaptability. A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundational level of education. A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously. Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry developments. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop that meets the technical requirements for the role. High-Speed internet (via a wired connection, not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, ensuring reliable connectivity.
