Job Summary This full-time position will assist in utilizing data to develop, present, and make recommendations for novel ideas and initiatives, as well as perform critical analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. Help develop and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. Assist in analyzing critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project commitments. Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to support the relevant points of the analysis and ease stakeholder understanding. Help develop and distribute specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and validating the need for the data requirements. Identify anomalies in processes through reviews/audits and communicate findings to the team. Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors. Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. May perform other job duties as directed by the Team Lead. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Operations, or Analytics). Proven ability to gather, organize, and analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen to, understand, and convey ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations delivered to groups of varying audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization tools and capabilities (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase) preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and prioritize responsibilities successfully. Past internship experience in a related field or capstone projects and analysis coursework preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications. Familiarity with data visualization tools and capabilities (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase). Past temporary job insight in a connected field. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information properly. Experience with planning and supporting large business initiatives.
