Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to deliver expert solutions. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology preferred. Offer additional products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and promoting blithequark's portfolio of solutions. Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and memorable. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred. Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home, with high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with eagerness to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous: Technical support experience, with familiarity with hardware, software, and client products. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with ability to self-motivate and work independently. Strong computer navigation skills, with ability to learn new software applications and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
