Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through consultative behaviors, resolving issues, and promoting blithequark's products and services Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information Collect, package, and ship merchandise for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using client-provided unique media and reports Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location, adhering to blithequark's standards and procedures Process financial transactions using a retail location terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change Clean, repair, and stock all retail location printing and shipping equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and availability Stay current on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage Take proactive measures to prevent errors and waste, and complete required financial paperwork and reporting Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education 6+ years of relevant experience in customer service, retail, or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure, and with minimal supervision Ability to lift and move 55 pounds, bend and kneel at the waist and knees, and stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods Ability to work with minimal management, report consistently to work, and maintain established business hours to support the blithequark business Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment Knowledge of printing, signs, and graphics, and transportation product offerings Ability to suggest suitable blithequark products and services to clients Experience with financial transactions, including handling cash and making change Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide training and support to colleagues Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to lift and move 55 pounds, bend and kneel at the waist and knees Ability to work with minimal management and report consistently to work Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth, development, and advancement.
