About This Job We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Technical Program Manager, you will utilize your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the organization. Your exceptional analytical, data perception, and decisive reasoning abilities will enable you to drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on data insights. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and acting on opportunities to drive growth Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent reasonable experience 3 years of experience in program management 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating data sets using SQL Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical individuals 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward shared objectives Skill and Competency Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, data perception, and decisive reasoning abilities. You should be equally comfortable explaining your team's findings and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working with cross-functional partners across the organization.
