Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As an experienced Airport Customer Service Representative and Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of customer baggage and cargo. Your daily tasks will include: Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, as well as guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections. Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customer destinations. Work Schedule and Environment As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will work a varied schedule that includes early morning to overnight shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority and operational needs. You will be required to work in a fast-paced airport environment, which may involve exposure to harsh weather conditions, noise, and physical demands. Minimum Qualifications To succeed as a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications: Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Be at least 18 years old and have authorization to work in the United States. Have a valid driver's license. Be proficient in English. Pass a physical ability test (PAT). Wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
