About This Job We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team, leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you will utilize your technical expertise to drive business growth, collaborating with cross-functional partners to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization. Your exceptional analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills will enable you to make informed decisions, driving impact and working towards shared objectives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC), ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end analysis that incorporates data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations. Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale, enabling data-driven decision-making. Drive process improvement through data analysis, forecasting, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent reasonable experience. 3 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL. Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data analysis. Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives.
