About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more as needed Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes Qualifications We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need: Bilingual Spanish/English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, but not required Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment Strong listening skills, with the ability to stay composed and objective in a high-pressure environment Work from Home Requirements To be considered for this remote work opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements: Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, with a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, with proof of internet speed required Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our people and providing opportunities for growth and development.
