As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our industry and shape the future of travel. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Technical Customer Onboarding Manager – Web & Cloud Application Development, you will be responsible for: * **Technical Workstreams and Customer Product Suite**: Own the technical workstreams and customer product suite within the overall project during project implementations, ensuring alignment with customer objectives. * **Communication and Alignment**: Maintain and communicate customers' global strategy and approach with all technical workstreams over different regions, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration. * **Project Planning and Management**: Create timelines for technical deployment, working alongside Customer Onboarding Manager (COM) and Units, as well as all other relevant workstream owners and the customer, to ensure a cohesive project timeline. * **Delivery Expectations and Governance**: Help those responsible for product implementations to be successful by setting clear delivery expectations, providing a clear scope overview, and project plans. * **Technical Deployment and Governance**: Work with each product SME/deployment team to deploy each product and manage governance on schedule and scope, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical/product queries. * **Single Point of Contact**: Serve as the single point of contact for customers for all applicable technical/product queries, liaising with workstream owners to review and resolve issues. * **Risk Management and Issue Resolution**: Identify, review, raise, and handle any risks or issues relating to technical deployment, working with workstream owners to resolve and mitigate them. * **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with technical/product teams to resolve technical/product functionality issues/concerns, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. * **Quality Metrics and Test Plans**: Ensure execution of prescribed end-to-end test plans to meet quality metrics, driving quality and excellence in technical onboarding experiences. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * **Travel Background**: A strong background in travel, with a deep understanding of the industry and its complexities. * **Technical Expertise**: Proven expertise in web and cloud application development, with a solid understanding of technical workstreams and customer product suites. * **Project Management**: Experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on technical deployment and governance. * **Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and complex situations. * **Commercial Awareness**: A deep understanding of commercial principles and practices, with the ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * **Software Implementation Experience**: Previous experience in software implementation, with a focus on technical deployment and governance. * **Multi-Lingual Capability**: Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. * **Leadership and Motivation**: Experience in leading and motivating project teams, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives. **Work Environment and Culture** As a member of the arenaflex team, you can expect: * **Flexible Benefits**: A comprehensive benefits package, tailored to your needs and preferences, with a focus on health and welfare insurance plans, retirement programs, parental leave, adoption assistance, and more. * **Travel Perks**: Access to exclusive travel deals and discounts, with a focus on flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and other travel-related services. * **Learning and Development**: Opportunities for professional growth and development, with access to global tuition assistance, leadership courses, and new job openings available to internal candidates first. * **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion**: A commitment to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of our business, with a focus on creating a culture of inclusivity and respect. * **Wellbeing Resources**: Access to wellbeing resources and support, with a focus on mental and emotional health for you and your immediate family. **Compensation and Benefits** The national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000, with actual base salary based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
