Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team, focusing on customer onboarding and success in the AEC industry. As a Technical Consultant, you will guide new customers through their onboarding journey, develop and maintain learning content, and leverage your knowledge of CAD and BIM software applications to understand customer needs and product requirements. Key Responsibilities: Guide new customers on their onboarding journey from initial purchase to confident everyday use of our BIM software solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive learning content to support new and existing customers, including live instruction and on-demand materials. Leverage your expertise in CAD and BIM software applications to understand customer needs and product requirements. Develop strong customer relationships to advise organizations on deriving value from BIM software and project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities for process improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the AEC industry. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., AEC, education, or computer science). 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, preferably with CAD and BIM software applications. Proven experience in teaching, training, or customer onboarding. Strong understanding of current and emerging practices in the AEC industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with BIM project delivery and AEC software solutions. Certifications in CAD, BIM, or related technologies. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design. Experience working in a global organization or with diverse customer bases.
