As a key member of our Deals and Channel Strategy and Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and delivering new sales enablement experiences for our staff and clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a pivotal new tool for clients and sales staff to enhance the sales experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Deals Enablement Map out the client journey and work with program managers to meet goals Orchestrate content from various sources and develop a style guide Maintain a library of all association content and monitor performance Participate in fast prototyping and testing Develop innovative solutions with IT and Product Management teams to drive sales and improve customer experience Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners Proven experience in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing In-depth knowledge of Blithequark's products, features, and applications Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics into effective content strategies Experience with content management tools, including Adobe Experience Director Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a geo-profoundly liked environment Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms Experience with data analysis and visualization tools Skills and Competencies Customer experience and journey mapping Content strategy and optimization Collaboration and project management Analytical and problem-solving skills Communication and presentation skills Adaptability and flexibility Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
