As a Support Renewals Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our existing customers have a seamless renewal journey, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Support Renewals Specialist to join our Azure for Operators Sales and Delivery Team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with top-tier Telco providers, develop your negotiation skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the renewal process in a global technology company. Your attention to detail and ability to create accurate customer-facing quotes will be invaluable in driving successful renewals. Key Responsibilities Understand and apply our renewal pricing methodology to produce accurate customer-facing quotes. Process quote changes, merges, or expansions according to company policies and procedures. Maintain an up-to-date renewal database with accurate information. Collaborate with our sales team and customers worldwide to negotiate successful renewals. Contribute to renewal revenue forecasting and meet planned deadlines and targets. Serve as the primary point of contact for renewal-related inquiries from customers, partners, distributors, and internal sales teams. Foster key internal relationships with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Professional Services, Contracts, Product Management, and Business Operations personnel. Embody Microsoft's culture and values. Qualifications and Requirements Essential Qualifications 3 years of technology-related sales or account management experience. OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field AND 2 years of technology-related sales or account management experience. Preferred Qualifications 4 years of technology-related sales or account management experience. OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field AND 3 years of technology-related sales or account management experience. 2 years of solution or services sales experience. Compensation and Benefits The typical base pay range for this role in the U.S. is USD $82,400 - $146,400 per year. However, the base pay range may vary depending on your location, with different ranges applicable to specific work locations, such as the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
