Job Summary As a Student Customer Service Coordinator at Blithequark, you will be responsible for greeting patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining a visibly positive and approachable composure to promote patron-employee relations. You will also serve as a first responder to accidents within the building and assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas. Key Responsibilities Greet patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor. Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building and provide assistance as needed. Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas. Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry. Participate in special event set-up and operations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies. Find a substitute when unavailable to ensure continuity of operations. Essential Qualifications Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment. BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment. Ability to work a maximum of 20 hours per week. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service skills.
