About the Role We are seeking client-oriented candidates who are native or near-native Spanish speakers to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Key Responsibilities Manage customer interaction via inbound calls, ensuring a high level of service and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer, taking into account their needs and requests. Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services. Utilize your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex customer issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
