Key Responsibilities Assist clients with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades Develop and hone your skills through dedicated time each week to connect and refuel, including exploring the career center, networking with colleagues, taking online classes, and more Build advanced skills aligned with the next role that interests you, including obtaining FINRA licenses and participating in career development activities Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an excellent customer experience through phone interactions Service varied customer needs, including balance inquiries, money movement, trading, and more Answer questions and provide resources to deepen client understanding and build confidence Career Development Experience At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and succeed in their careers.
