Our corporate headquarters are based in Miami, Florida, and we have a diverse team of over 130 members across Latin America and clients worldwide. **The Role** As a Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll be working closely with our teams to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day) * Follow-ups with existing leads (2 hours/day) * Organic account growth and management (2 hours/day) * Replying to active leads and closing sales (1.5 hours/day) * Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes/day) **Requirements** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends) * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily **No Previous Experience Required** We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
