Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Social Media Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our social media support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across all social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries and comments across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Develop a thorough understanding of our magical experiences and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients. Ensure that all client issues and concerns are resolved promptly and efficiently, and that clients are satisfied with the outcome. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiry details, complaints, and comments. Participate in department and company meetings to stay up-to-date on company news, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 1 year of social media client support experience or a similar role. Previous experience with CRM and social media management software, with Agora experience preferred. Intermediate technical skills, including proficiency in Windows/Mac, Office Suite, and CRM software. A reliable computer with fast internet access, as this is a remote position. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and audiences. A high attention to detail and an organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Resourcefulness and diligence in research, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex problems. Flexibility and a willingness to work collaboratively with coworkers, take constructive criticism, and adapt to changing circumstances. A high level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide personalized support and solutions.
