Job Overview and Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center team in our Murray Operations division. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, providing exceptional patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include new order intake, verifying and entering accurate patient demographics, payer, and physician-related information, as well as assisting customers with basic sleep coaching and product expertise. Key Responsibilities: Act as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner Collect patient and source information, inputting data into our e-Intake system with accuracy and attention to detail Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, and FDA and JCAHO guidelines Provide basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues Process related patient paperwork, manage initial intake via high-volume inbound phone calls, and ensure timely fulfillment of product orders Make outbound calls as needed to collect patient data, and provide education to patients and location employees on CPAP supplies Utilize our proprietary e-Intake system to maintain accuracy and quality control throughout initial patient contact and data input Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, as well as one to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment. A strong customer service background, experience in the medical field, and administrative record management are highly preferred. You should be able to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of billing reimbursement and insurance policies and requirements Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME) Medical terminology and knowledge of medical billing practices Basic computer and internet skills, including Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel Ability to multi-task, maintain attention to detail, and work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary starting at $15.50 per hour, as well as a monthly bonus program with potential unlimited earnings.
