Job Overview We are looking for a talented individual to provide top-notch support to our users through live chat, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our mobile application runs seamlessly, and our users have an exceptional experience. This is a remote opportunity, and we require candidates to be residents of the State of Colorado, with the ability to work from anywhere within the state. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, myColorado, using live chat tools and following standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve technical issues on both iOS and Android operating systems. Install myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods. Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system, ensuring efficient issue resolution and minimal downtime. Collaborate with our technical teams to resolve complex issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile device technologies, operating systems, and software applications, applying this knowledge to improve our support services. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least one year of professional experience in an occupational field related to mobile application support, or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and patient support to our users. Strong technical skills, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on mobile devices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience with Jira, ITIL Certification, Agile and scrum methodology, and government work experience. Familiarity with Apple and Google Play Store, as well as diagnostic tools and knowledge of a diverse range of mobile device makes and models. Training or Certification related to mobile application support, such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and patient support to our users.
