Job Overview This is a remote position based in Colorado, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the state. As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance to our mobile application users. Your expertise in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and incident management will be essential in ensuring the highest level of service quality. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, utilizing chat tools and following standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve problems in both iOS and Android operating systems. Install software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods. Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes. Work Schedule The selected candidate will undergo 3 weeks of training, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. After completing the training, the permanent schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have: One year of professional experience in an occupational field related to mobile application support. OR an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to the work assignment, such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees. Substitutions Additional, appropriate paid or unpaid experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Similarly, additional appropriate education may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications. Training or certification related to the work assigned to the position may also be assigned credit towards substitution for experience and/or education, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Jira experience. ITIL Certification. Agile and scrum methodology experience. Government work experience. Familiarity with Apple and Google Play Store. Use of diagnostic tools and knowledge of a diverse range of mobile device makes and models.
