Actively listen to customers, assess their needs, and offer personalized solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Manage a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner. Essential Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college experience or additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
