Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and develop APIs, document requirements, and create test suites for automated testing Work with application support and development teams to resolve software bugs and issues, and lead the resolution of problems with connected systems based on various technologies Participate in regular project status reviews and provide effective project cycles and expectations to shorten the project lifecycle Convert high-level customer requirements into executable, detailed customer stories to enable development, and maintain the product backlog Direct planning meetings with teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprints, and ensure item acknowledgment and status at key stages of the delivery cycle Develop communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, priorities, and future guides, and participate in and lead design meetings with the product team Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, as well as experience in creating requirements and test scenarios for digital test suites for APIs.
