Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global systems, processes, and decision science tools to reduce operational costs, increase revenue, and improve service quality for our internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance our customer support operations, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices to drive improvement. Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence, and ensuring that all team members receive comprehensive training and development opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement process improvements, leveraging tools such as CargoWise to optimize our global freight forwarding capabilities. Drive the development and implementation of work procedures, best practices, and job standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of safety and excellence. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition, and implement data-driven strategies to drive improvement in these areas. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile to drive operational excellence and business growth. Collaborate with global partners to drive cross-regional marketing and process standardization, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence across our organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a master's degree preferred. Proven experience in leading high-performing teams, driving process improvement, and transforming business operations. Strong industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of logistics and transportation operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile, with certification preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making and strategic planning. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies, such as blithequark QDM Master. Experience with project management methodologies, such as PMP or Agile, with certification preferred. Experience with CargoWise or other freight forwarding systems, with a deep understanding of global logistics and transportation operations. Strong change management and project management experience, with a proven track record of driving functional excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
