Experienced Senior Learning Specialist for Innovative Customer Service Training and Development at arenaflex

The arenaflex Business Customer Service (ABCS) Learning Delivery team is at the forefront of this mission, dedicated to providing exceptional training experiences that foster long-term success. We are now seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Learning Specialist to join our team, leading and supporting up to 30 Customer Support Associates in their development and performance. The ideal candidate for this role is a great communicator, innovator, and leader who can create an optimal adult learning environment, both in-person and virtually. As a Senior Learning Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional training programs that engage associates, drive performance, and embody the arenaflex mission and values. Key Responsibilities and Expectations In this critical role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Supervising structured learning metrics and overseeing results for assigned territories and regions. Managing live performance metrics end-to-end for assigned territories. Conducting learning sessions on new processes and delivering various training courses, including continuous learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches. Maintaining data and analysis through reports on Excel, as per business requirements. Ensuring the timely completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs. Partnering with operational stakeholders as a key point of contact for the Learning Experience team. Identifying and certifying learning coaches. Leading individual improvement projects to enhance business performance. Driving quality and learning metrics. Conducting chime sessions and classroom sessions for stakeholders. These responsibilities require a unique blend of leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles, with a proven track record of success. 1 year of experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software. Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Flexibility to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of adult learning, content design, and facilitation, with experience in creating engaging and effective training programs. Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of adult learning. Project management skills, with the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong ability to multi-task, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
