Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think analytically. You should have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume inquiries. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong educational foundation in a related field. Ability to work independently and manage personal workflow, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline. Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems and processes. Preferred Experience Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints.
