As a Senior Learning Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering programs of diverse modalities, including self-directed, instructor-led, virtual, and experiential learning, to drive engagement and manage learning sessions effectively. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Learning Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Supervising structured learning metrics and overseeing results for the assigned territory and region, ensuring data-driven decisions to improve training effectiveness. Managing live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory, focusing on continuous improvement and excellence. Conducting learning sessions on new processes and delivering various training courses, such as continuous learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches, to ensure comprehensive knowledge and skills development. Maintaining data and analysis through reports on Excel (as per business requirements), leveraging your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software. Ensuring the completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time, driving timely and effective onboarding and development. Partnering with operational stakeholders as a key Point of Contact (POC) for the Learning Experience team, fostering collaboration and alignment. Identifying and certifying learning coaches, empowering them to drive learning and development within the team. Leading individual improvement projects to enhance business performance, leveraging your project management skills and ability to supervise multiple projects. Driving Quality and Learning metrics, conducting chime sessions and classroom sessions for stakeholders, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Senior Learning Specialist at arenaflex, you will need: 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles, with a proven track record of creating engaging and effective learning experiences. 1 year of experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience, with a deep understanding of the importance of exceptional customer experiences. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance learning. Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Flexibility to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of adult learning, content design, and facilitation, with the ability to apply this knowledge to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position, with a proven track record of driving learning and development initiatives. Project management skills, with the ability to supervise multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong ability to multi-task, with excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
