Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven and strategic leader to fill the role of Senior Director of Customer Success. As the first Senior Director of Customer Success at arenaflex, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic drives, owning revenue-related targets, including pipeline generation, expansion, and Net Dollar Retention. You will lead a team of senior managers and collaborate cross-functionally with groups like Sales, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to support our aggressive growth objectives.
