About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to join our team and lead the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer experience strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Data Architect, you'll be responsible for: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC method, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone large data platform. Developing and maintaining robust data models to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. Designing and implementing innovative solutions to deliver high-quality and accurate data insights, utilizing intensive testing and variable use case analysis. Providing guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics capabilities to drive efficiency in our computing programs, using massive data ecosystems. Developing and maintaining software programs, exploring and building automation tools, and proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency. Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including incremental delivery of products to business groups at regular intervals. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop innovative solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
