Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely assistance to our customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their American Express accounts, products, and services Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures Educating customers on the features and benefits of American Express products and services Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and promote customer loyalty Collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's systems Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
