Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for data/text mining, analysis, and business intelligence. Your primary objective will be to enable informed business decisions by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources. Key Responsibilities Under moderate supervision, plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for data/text mining, analysis, and business intelligence Gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources Develop solutions from initial concept to production, and communicate results to a wide range of audiences Utilize current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis Drive navigation by utilizing data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management Mentor less senior staff, work in cross-functional teams and projects, and regularly present to management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance At least 3 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis Proficiency in analysis software and applications Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are considered an asset for this role: Experience or coursework with Agile methodologies Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; numerical analysis; discrete data analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, revenue data, and basic accounting knowledge Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
