Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the business and decision-making for the sign-up and commerce item spaces. You will also be responsible for answering key business questions, providing analytical expertise, and driving the use of analysis as a key revenue driver to increase recruits and business conversions across several recently expanded global tiering initiatives. Key Responsibilities Build analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the business and decision-making for the sign-up and commerce item spaces Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different commerce streams to improve the customer experience and increase conversions Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products Use data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data Utilize descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and have an impact across the business Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a meaningful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners Ability to present to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative field Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. Experience with marketing landing pages, join funnel, and commerce spaces Ability to identify and appropriately escalate issues to management Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience Strong motivation and ability to work independently Exceptional written and oral communication skills Sense of humor Unique interests or hobbies that influence the way you interact with others or approach your work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
