Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing complex customer relationships, identifying and mitigating risk, and driving revenue growth. You will be the voice of the customer within our organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring that we deliver exceptional value to our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage the customer relationship, risk, and revenue, ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes and realize the full value of our platform Build trust and create meaningful relationships with key executives and champions within each account, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner Conduct Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders to align on goals, outcomes, and value realization, ensuring that our solutions meet their evolving needs Collaborate with our Sales and Services teams to drive renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Identify and execute a cross-functional risk mitigation plan, ensuring that we proactively address potential issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences Stay current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to drive product improvements and innovation Embody our values of Care, Do, Try, and Shine, demonstrating a passion for customer success and a commitment to excellence in everything you do Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts in the data security, compliance, or AI data management space Background in big data, privacy, data governance, or information security, either as a customer or vendor, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this domain Proven track record of driving adoption and identifying/remediating risk to drive renewal, cross-sell, and upsell, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models, with experience in managing complex customer relationships and driving revenue growth Familiarity with on-premise and/or cloud data landscape, with a strong understanding of the technical and business implications of data management and security Outstanding interpersonal communication, customer relationship, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong focus on prioritization, time management, and attention to detail Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly those that apply to a big data environment, with experience in analyzing complex data sets and developing insights and recommendations BS/BA degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience working with cloud-based data security and compliance solutions, with a strong understanding of the technical and business implications of cloud-based data management Knowledge of industry trends and developments in data security, compliance, and AI data management, with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights and recommendations Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, with experience in managing complex IT projects and programs Certifications in data security, compliance, or AI data management, such as CISSP, CISM, or CIPP, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a range of benefits and perks to support your well-being and success. Our annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000, with variable/bonus compensation and equity incentives aligned with individual and company performance.
