Job Overview The Senior Analyst position at arenaflex is a critical role that will be responsible for driving the business side of the company's Flights + Travel product, including marketing, positioning, customer acquisition, operations, team management, and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel partners based on mutual objectives and collaboration Negotiate rates, promotions, and override agreements with travel partners Monitor and track availability and price competitiveness of all travel inventory, as well as collaborate with the Pricing Analyst to optimize travel packages Own the Flights + Travel program, working closely with the Technology team to guide the development of the online customer experience Collaborate with the Marketing team to create buyer interest, determine appropriate positioning, audiences, and messaging of the product Conduct daily analysis of product performance, with the ability to understand what drove performance differences and come up with next steps to identify or resolve any performance degradation issues Aid in the development and execution of cooperative marketing plans with travel partners Work closely with the Technology team and provide input and prioritization feedback on upcoming enhancements Identify business challenges and opportunities for growth and seek solutions and meaningful initiatives by using research/data analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations Inform Business travel partnership strategy and identify potential partners to support the development, launch, and ongoing operations of new travel products Communicate to and educate the broader team regularly regarding industry landscape and customer experience/product trends Work closely with the frontline Customer Care team, listen to calls, gather feedback, help with improving their sales and services functionalities Other complex tasks and responsibilities as assigned Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Three (3) years of analytical (or related) experience Ability to build strong relationships and earn the trust of others Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Open to presenting ideas before large groups, including leadership Ability to act as a meticulously organized, independent, and creative problem solver that meets aggressive deadlines by following processes/procedures Experience working in a fast-paced environment Experience with project management Solid attention to detail Open to working cross-functionally with internal and external partners Available for occasional overnight travel (30%) Must be in possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the US Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably hospitality, business, or marketing Four (4) years of experience working in travel, hospitality, or other relevant industries Experience in account management, project management, partnerships, and sales and marketing roles Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
