About the U.S. Consumer Services Team The U.S. Consumer Services Team at arenaflex is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S. This includes premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing Team The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world-class marketing for our differentiated products and services. We drive demand and inspire engaged card members across the customer lifecycle, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences that foster loyalty and retention. The Hilton Co-Brand Marketing Customer Marketing & Channel Innovation Team The Hilton Co-Brand Marketing Customer Marketing & Channel Innovation team at arenaflex focuses on the growth and expansion of Customer Marketing in both Hilton and arenaflex channels from our existing Card Members. As a key member of this team, the Senior Analyst, Hilton Co-Brand Customer Marketing - Growth & Loyalty will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing growth and loyalty strategies that drive sustainable spend and lend across customer proven revenue driving treatments. Key Responsibilities Develop end-to-end marketing campaign strategies to deliver growth marketing campaigns to existing Hilton Card Members, driving spend and lend from our existing Card base. Collaborate with Hilton and key internal partners to build and optimize growth from proven treatment campaigns in arenaflex and Hilton-owned channels, including Upgrades, SAS, Fingerprint, and Plan It. Collaborate with Hilton and key internal partners to create and optimize loyalty campaigns, such as Monthly eNewsletters, Refer a Friend (MGM), Re-engagement Opportunities, arenaflex & Industry Offers, Hilton Promotions, and Benefit Reinforcement. Lead general campaign management activities, including creative/messaging approach, execution, results analysis, monthly forecasting, and budget management. Develop and maintain a customer marketing scorecard to track performance and report out on performance metrics. Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns through segmentation, creative and offer testing. Partner with the retention team to optimize offers and analyze monthly reporting trends. Partner with creative agencies to develop innovative and impactful marketing communications that drive business results. Essential Qualifications Strong relationship building and partner management skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external partners at various levels across the organization. At least 2 years of marketing experience, with customer marketing and arenaflex marketing tools/process a plus. Skilled in analyzing performance data and ability to pull out the "so what" to propel growth strategies. Passionate, customer-first marketer who is able to challenge the status-quo and deliver value to our Card Members. Analytical and "outside of the box" thinker with proactive problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a will to win. Ability to drive projects from concept to implementation. Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently. Positive attitude and desire to work on a fun, fast-paced team. BA/BS Required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in performance analysis, relationship management, and marketing execution. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools. Proven track record of driving business growth through marketing campaigns. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
