Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and we are looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our Case Management Team. As a representative of Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support. Job Summary As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will work full-time hours from the comfort of your own home until the end of 2024 or early 2025. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain necessary information from clients after an insurance application is submitted to an insurance carrier. You will work closely with our underwriters to ensure that all necessary information is gathered, and you will be responsible for maintaining client confidentiality and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Obtain necessary information from clients after an insurance application is submitted to an insurance carrier Work closely with underwriters to ensure that all necessary information is gathered Maintain client confidentiality and possess a high level of integrity Provide exceptional customer service and take ownership of the client relationship Respond to client needs and focus on optimal solutions Identify, adjust, adapt to, and correct various complex scenarios Utilize company-provided computer and telephony systems Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 1 year+ of customer service experience Ability to communicate clearly, specifically when on the phone using a headset Computer proficiency in a Windows setting, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet access Excellent communication skills to use throughout all levels of the organization Comfortable and competent in both written and oral communications Results-driven attitude Focus on details, accuracy, and client resolution Possess accurate record-keeping, writing, and grammar skills Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the insurance industry Familiarity with insurance applications and underwriting processes Experience working in a remote setting Skills and Competencies Required Skills and Abilities: Work independently Adapt quickly to change Strong reasoning skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask Must be able to apply ethical reasoning to a variety of scenarios Detail-oriented What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: $15.50 per hour Opportunity to work from home Temporary position with potential for extension Work Environment and Culture: Flexible work-from-home arrangement Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team Professional development and growth opportunities Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Shift Details 8-hour shift Evening shift Monday-Friday, with some weekend possibilities Starting at or after 12 pm EST (11 am CST, 10 am MDT, 9 am PDT) How to Apply If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
