As a Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding new customers through the onboarding process, developing learning materials, and leveraging your knowledge of CAD and BIM software to understand customer needs. Key Responsibilities As a Technical Consultant at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Guiding new customers on their onboarding journey from initial purchase to confident everyday use of our BIM software and project delivery tools Developing and maintaining learning content to support new and existing customers, including live instruction and on-demand materials Leveraging your knowledge of CAD and BIM software applications to understand customer needs and product requirements Developing customer relationships to advise organizations on deriving value from BIM software and project delivery Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities for growth Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., AEC, education, or computer science) 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, preferably with CAD and BIM software applications Proven experience in teaching, training, or customer onboarding Deep understanding of current and emerging practices in the AEC industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications: Experience with BIM project delivery and AEC software applications Certification in CAD or BIM software applications (e.g., Autodesk, Graphisoft) Experience with adult education principles and instructional design Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in a global organization or with diverse customer bases Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Strong technical skills in CAD and BIM software applications Excellent teaching and training skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues A passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
